5 tips to a healthier life

1. All it takes, is all you've got!
2. Challenge the limits of your physical and mental barriers and never give up on yourself.
3. By summer, you'll wish you started today
4. Never worry about moving slowly, only worry about standing still
5. There'll come a day when you can no longer exercise, walk, run, train - today is not that day

I've been part of an exciting journey this year, of getting healthier, losing weight and feeling fabulous.
