Positive life...
A positive life is clear and simple. It means reaching for the best in yourself, always!

To let go is to fear less and love more...
LETTING GO TAKES LOVE
To let go does not mean to stop caring,
it means I can't do it for someone else.
To let go is not to cut myself off,
it's the realization I can't control another.
To let go is not to enable,
but allow learning from natural consequences.
To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means
the outcome is not in my hands.
To let go is not to try to change or blame another,
it's to make the most of myself.
To let go is not to care for,
but to care about.
To let go is not to fix,
but to be supportive.
To let go is not to judge,
but to allow another to be a human being.
To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes,
but to allow others to affect their destinies.
To let go is not to be protective,
it's to permit another to face reality.
To let go is not to deny,
but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold or argue,
but instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires,
but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it.
To let go is not to criticize or regulate anybody,
but to try to become what I dream I can be.
To let go is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.
Facing the Shadow
"If our shadows could talk,
They would tell us
That we are as precious as a million pounds of gold
That our brightest light can shine only when we have accepted our darkness
That there is wisdom in every wound
That there is a greater future waiting for us
That we are children of God and have a right to be here
That we were all created equal
That our pain is not personal but belongs to every man and woman alive
That Life is a magical journey of making Peace
With both our Humanity and our Divinity
It would tell us that we deserve better
That we matter...
That we are more powerful than we ever dreamed possible...
And that there's a light at the end of the tunnel...
That there is nobody in the world quite like you...
What if you knew in every cell of your body,
That you were living a Divine Plan
A Plan so important, and vital for the evolution of humankind
What if you knew that everything that was happening right now
That doesn't fit your ego ideal
Is happening to support you in stepping out of the smallness
Of your darkest thoughts
And into the brilliance of your biggest Dream"

Be empowered
What's holding you back?
Thoughts
Thoughts that are not true it changes your whole physiology. Thoughts that are not true are not just thoughts that keep you from being happy and attracting abundance they are thoughts that weaken you physically.
You life reflects the kind of thoughts your think.
Don't focus on what is missing, focus on what you want.
We become what we think about all day long!
Listen to your inner voice.
Think great things!

7 things that I love about my life
1. My mom is coming to visit me in October for a week! I'm so excited! I'm loving being in Joburg, but I do miss my family!
2. Exciting times at work and lots of new opportunity on the horizon! When you spend around 8 hours a day doing something, it's important that you love it, that you enjoy the people you work with and have a great working environment.
3. Living life in the single lane is a great adventure. Everything is my own, my time, my space... everything, and I love that. I have created an opportunity and space for a whole lot of new experiences, to meet new people and who knows what else life has in store for me :) ... and that's exciting!
4. I have amazing friends, who really make my world go round. The real value in friendships for me is when they're about giving and receiving, not giving and taking.

5. I've experienced a fair share of loss in the last 4 months, and it was by reaching into those situations of pain that I found new joys. My lesson in loss is that it soften's the ego and is a chance to discover joy on the other side of the coin. It's not easy, but once I went through the emotion, and got to the other side and saw the situation from a new perspective I realised why I had to go through that experience of loss.
6. My apartment is in the heart of Sandton, Joburg, yet I'm in the most peaceful and scenic parts of the city. I wake up looking out onto palm trees and have an amazing view of the valley from my lounge. It's one of the things that keep me centered in the concrete jungle and busy-ness off life in the big city. I'm absolutely love that I am 2 km's from work and still have the joy of serenity at home!

Movie Magic
I love this movie & I love this quote!
In life, as in crosswords, some days are harder than others, and that's what keeps your brain alive. The key to surviving those tough days is to pick yourself up and stay focused on your life's purpose.
If you quit a puzzle, you can't finish it. Sure, every once in a while, you run into a doozy, that you don't think you could ever solve in a million years, but if you stick with it, you figure it out eventually. Worst thing you can do is leave it unfinished. It's never the solution, is it?
We have a natural compulsion to fill empty spaces. I like to think he means not just crosswords, but the empty spaces inside of us. That comes from making your way in a world, that doesn't always embrace unique.I tried to fill my empty spaces with words and puzzles- and Steve, but that wasn't the answer. Now I know, on the journey, just find someone as normal as you, if not a whole bunch.
If you love someone, set him free. If you have to stalk him, he probably wasn't yours in the first place.

Lesson in letting go
The perception of loss...
Is this is a transformational time for you? However turbulent or perhaps distressing some of the events in your life may be, endings always leave room for brand new beginnings. This is a fresh start in life for you, embrace it and live every day as though it was your last, life is for living!
...just considered that perhaps the time when you feel you're LOSING everything is exactly the time you're actually FINDING yourself!
what do you see?
