You are Life
You are Life passing through your body, passing through your mind, passing through your soul. Once you find that out, not with the logic, not with the intellect, but because you can feel that Life - you find out that you are the force tht makes the flowers open and close, that makes the hummingbird fly from flower to flower. You find out that you arei n every tree, you are in every animal, vergetable and rock. You are the force that moves the wind nd breathes through your body.
The whole universe is a living being that is moved by that force, and that is what you are. You are Life!

Change
Change can be good for the soul, sometimes it's long overdue! There is change all around us. With the season's change, and moving into Winter, it's often a good time to take stock and to make space for all the new coming your way.
Often having what you want is a function of letting go of what you have and this can be rather overwhelming. Every fear is a gift, as you learn more about yourself.
Remember, you are forever, your problem is temporory. Don't let anything keep you from your joy.
