1 thing I learnt this month

Pain gives you a clear indication of what you do not want. It provides for you a contrast.

The impetuous for creation is contrast. Only when you recognize what you don’t want do you realize what you do want.

Without contrast there is no desire, and with no desire there is no avenue for growth and discovery and most of all creating something new by choosing something different.
