13 things I want to share with you...

I read this on my friends Facebook note today and thought I'd share it with you...

Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past~ Stop planning the future ~ Stop trying to figure out precisely how we feel ~ Stop deciding with our mind what we want our heart to feel ~ Sometimes we just have to go with.... "Whatever Happens - Happens"

13 things i've been thinking about lately:
  1. embrace your dreams - and whatever happens hold onto your honour
  2. grudges are a waste of happiness
  3. love yourself first
  4. don't see regrets, see lessons
  5. people change and things go wrong
  6. love what you have but keep reaching for the best for you
  7. measure your best against your own ruler
  8. take chances and forgive quickly
  9. we all have our paths to walk - hold the hand of a friend, don't judge so quickly
  10. surround yourself with friends who build you up
  11. be kind to others
  12. make decisions and take responsibility
  13. be honest with yourself and be honest with others

Great list - I had a great conversation last night with a woman who is studying to be a life coach and she was telling me about the importance of living in the now! Your "is-ness" is so important because we tend to waste too much of our consciousness thinking about the past or planning for the future. I thought it was a great way of living!!
