"If our shadows could talk,
They would tell us
That we are as precious as a million pounds of gold
That our brightest light can shine only when we have accepted our darkness
That there is wisdom in every wound
That there is a greater future waiting for us
That we are children of God and have a right to be here
That we were all created equal
That our pain is not personal but belongs to every man and woman alive
That Life is a magical journey of making Peace
With both our Humanity and our Divinity
It would tell us that we deserve better
That we matter...
That we are more powerful than we ever dreamed possible...
And that there's a light at the end of the tunnel...
That there is nobody in the world quite like you...
What if you knew in every cell of your body,
That you were living a Divine Plan
A Plan so important, and vital for the evolution of humankind
What if you knew that everything that was happening right now
That doesn't fit your ego ideal
Is happening to support you in stepping out of the smallness
Of your darkest thoughts
And into the brilliance of your biggest Dream"

Judgment is constrictive. When you label yourself or anyone else as bad, wrong, inferior, unworthy, and so on, you are looking through a narrow lens. Expand your vision and you will be aware that everyone, however flawed, is complete and whole at the deepest level. ~ Debbie Ford

In life, as in crosswords, some days are harder than others, and that's what keeps your brain alive. The key to surviving those tough days is to pick yourself up and stay focused on your life's purpose.
If you quit a puzzle, you can't finish it. Sure, every once in a while, you run into a doozy, that you don't think you could ever solve in a million years, but if you stick with it, you figure it out eventually. Worst thing you can do is leave it unfinished. It's never the solution, is it?We have a natural compulsion to fill empty spaces. I like to think he means not just crosswords, but the empty spaces inside of us. That comes from making your way in a world, that doesn't always embrace unique.
I tried to fill my empty spaces with words and puzzles- and Steve, but that wasn't the answer. Now I know, on the journey, just find someone as normal as you, if not a whole bunch.
If you love someone, set him free. If you have to stalk him, he probably wasn't yours in the first place.
My face to the sky
Dreaming about just how high I could go
And if I'll know when I finally get there
Taking off my glasses
Sun pokes through my lashes
Somehow I know
There's a time for every star to shine
Everybody's got their something

The perception of loss...
